To my best friend on her wedding day: The girl I was intimidated by when I first met her at Nordstrom all those years ago. Still am, honestly. Not because of any coldness, but more so your fierce passion and drive. Your individuality, your strength. A staggering power from within a small package- subscribing only to the beat of your own drum. Your courage to always be your authentic self. It’s inspiring. Your lust for living life to its absolute fullest- no matter how high the feat. A beautiful resilience-unwavering in who you were always meant to be. A firecracker in a sparkler’s clothes- unassuming until the strike hits. Beautiful on her own, but glowing with her perfect company. Your friendship has truly been my greatest treasure. The lessons you have taught me are some of my greatest feats. Watching you grow has been one of my greatest pleasures. To say you’ve helped me to dance while the music was playing would be an understatement. Cheers to you and your greatest adventure 🥂 Keep dancing my friend. I love you 🖤
